Austin Commons II is a collaboration of two long-standing Michigan builders, Richard Kaplan, President of R & H Development Co., Inc. and Mark D. Lewis, President of Lewis/Klein Properties.

Richard Kaplan is president of R & H Development Company; in association with other entities he has constructed over 800 condominium and single family homes in Southeastern Michigan in the past 17 years, and has just recently finished the Austin Commons I development located across the street.

Mark D. Lewis is president of Lewis/Klein Properties; over the past 15 years he has developed over 2,000 residential units in five-star communities throughout Michigan.  Mark also has extensive development and construction experience with industrial and commercial properties.
